New look
The classic beauty of this shotgun has been further perfected thanks to a new engraving style. The birds, perfectly engraved on the receiver, are surrounded by innovative ornamental motifs developed to emphasize the lightness of this incredible shotgun. beretta 686 onyx
This concept is also extended to the knurled areas of the stock and fore-end, thanks to a modern and exclusive pattern that improves grip as well as the overall appearance of the weapon.
Titanic Resistance
The monolithic action frame of the Ultralight is machined from a block of light alloy (aluminum alloy with zirconium) which, when properly treated, is as robust as steel but 65% lighter.
A special titanium plate, inserted in the breech surface, improves the mechanical and corrosion resistance of the receiver in a point subjected to high stresses.
Other inserts, also in titanium, guide the gentle return to the seat of the ejectors. The standard chamber allows you to use any 70mm 12 gauge cartridge.
The action, once engraved with hunting scenes and / or ornamental motifs, is subjected to a protective nickel plating treatment as well as the opening key, the hand guard and the auget of the forend.
The single selective trigger is golden.
The barrels, internally chromed to resist corrosion and wear resulting from the use of steel shot cartridges, are carefully polished and burnished.
The Mobilchoke® system allows you to always use the most suitable choke for the type of hunting.
Rubber recoil pad, rounded to glide better on the shoulder, and duckbill fore-end are standard equipment of the Beretta Ultralight over-and-under.
In addition to the new engraving, this classic basic model is also available with the exclusive X-tra Wood finish, characterized by strong veining on a selected walnut base, thus obtaining a rich and elegant appearance.
