– Personally at our store: You can return the items directly to our store. Our staff will assist you and process the return immediately on-site.

– Refund or Exchange: We will refund you the money for the returned goods or exchange them for different items according to your preference.

– Cancellation Fee: If a firearm or item must be returned or canceled for any reason, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged.
– Reprocessing Fee: If an order has been shipped and returned, a 15% reprocessing fee will be applied. Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, the reprocessing fee may be waived in case of shipping errors on our part or damage during transit.
